My commitment to sun protection has been unwavering, ensuring that my skin remains healthy and youthful. Alongside this, I have followed a simple yet highly effective skincare routine, focusing on hydration, peptides, probiotics, and retinol.
When it comes to makeup, I always prep my skin with a hydrating moisturizer—it’s an essential step. When I’m at home, I rely on emollients like petroleum jelly on my lips, legs, and elbows to deeply hydrate those areas that are constantly exposed to the sun.
